Hi Asherlah,
Thank you for your lovingly detailed and comprehensive application.
The main thing that I shall address at this point in time is that you listed your raiding characteristic as "Hardcore".
I'm not sure what you've heard, but <Fey Mercurial> isn't a hardcore raiding guild. We raid as often as we can, we expect people to be prepared and responsible for their roles in a raid. But we're not hardcore. We don't have a raid attendance, we don't raid every day of the week when new content is released, we don't normally have a loot council to dole out loot to "deserving" people, and sometimes, based on how well we're doing in the week, we don't even dole out any loot to anybody.

We're a raiding guild that is casual, that spends a lot of time enjoying our learning experiences together, and we eventually kill stuff.
Point is, if you were looking to continue being a hardcore raider, you're looking in the wrong place.
And on a personal, less official, note. Given the ease of current gearing, and the length of time that the patch has been out and about, your current gear isn't good enough for the content that Fey is currently facing. Also telling is the fact that - especially given how easy it is to pug various raids like Uld and ToC now - you haven't done any of the weekly raid quests for the frost emblems.
So. If you were to intend to apply to an actual hardcore guild, treat those as friendly recommendations of how you can increase your chances with them.
If you wish to continue with your application with Fey, again, treat those as friendly requirements. We might not be a hardcore raid guild, but we *are* a raiding guild, and we do have some standards that we expect from our recruits.
